FAQ's

Back facials are suitable for most skin types and are especially beneficial for managing breakouts, hydrating dry skin, improving texture, and relieving stress through massage and targeted treatments. A good candidate for a back facial includes anyone with back acne (bacne), dry or rough skin, clogged pores, uneven texture, or muscle tension, as well as people preparing for events or seeking deep relaxation.

For best results, aim for a back facial every 4-8 weeks. If you have active acne or congestion, we recommend more frequent treatments initially (every 2-4 weeks) until it improves. Those with sensitive skin may want to space appointments out more (6-8 weeks) to avoid irritation. Consider seasonal treatments before summer or special events to help keep your skin clear and balanced.

You should arrive to your appointment with a clean back (no heavy lotions/oils), showering beforehand. Avoid sun tanning/exposure, and skip harsh exfoliation/shaving/waxing on the area for several days. Wear loose soft clothing to ensure comfortable aftercare.
You should moisturize with gentle, non-comedogenic lotion, and hydrate by drinking water. Wear loose clothing, and avoid sun, heavy sweating, harsh scrubs, and picking for 24-48 hours to let your sensitive skin heal and maintain results.
